Tracheofix plus protects the tracheostoma and prevents dust or dirt particles from entering the windpipe. In addition, respiratory air is warmed and moistened at the same time. This tracheostoma protection is suitable for patients that do not wear a cannula or only require one occasionally. Tracheofix plus is not intended for continuous cannula wearers.

ü Directions for use
Clean the skin around the tracheostoma using e.g. Stoma-Clean cleaning tissues and remove oils from the skin using a Larynx swab. Remove the protective paper from the adhesive strip and attach it above the tracheostoma. Tracheofix is disposable and is to be changed at least once daily. more often if secretion is especially heavy.
